You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped.
To cancel, go to My Orders → select the item → tap Cancel Order.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. You may request a return once the item is delivered (see Return Policy).
Note: Items like food, pharmacy products, or flash sale deals may not be cancellable.
Parcel Delivery Cancellations
You may cancel a parcel within 30 minutes of booking or before pickup, whichever comes first.
Once the delivery agent has picked up the parcel, cancellations are not allowed.
Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund or credit voucher.
Refunds After Cancellation
Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery orders are not refundable unless you prepaid partially (e.g., service fees).
You may choose a Niigo Wallet refund or voucher code if preferred.
When Niigo Cancels an Order or Delivery
Niigo reserves the right to cancel any order or parcel delivery due to:
Out-of-stock items
Invalid or unreachable delivery address
Payment verification failure
Delivery agent unavailability or safety concerns
Customers will be notified immediately, and any payments made will be refunded.
